Radon Gas (real estate screening test) Optional service

The State of New Jersey, DEPE requires that a licensed Radon Measurement Technician perform any radon-screening test conducted for the sale of real estate.  Immaculate Home Inspection’s inspector is certainly qualified.  Testing devices, whether passive activated charcoal canister test or active other active means, must be placed and removed by a licensed radon measurement technician.  Anyone who touches the canister for any reason jeopardizes the test and renders the result invalid.  We use R.A Data, Flanders NJ, as our state licensed laboratory.
